John Williams

John is a property marketing expert who has worked with a number of leading brands including Sotheby’s International Realty, Land Securities, Woods Bagot, Brookfield, Instant, Unispace and Knight Frank, where he was most recently Global Head of Comms. He sits on the organising committee of the Property Marketing Awards. He has spoken on flex workspace trends at events including MIPIM, Corenet Global, Worktech, GCUC, CoWorking Europe, PW Workspace, and EG London.

Dr Nadia Elghamry

Dr Nadia Elghamry is senior product manager at property marketplace EG Propertylink responsible for driving user engagement and its strategic direction. With over 20 years’ experience in the commercial property market, as a regional reporter, Data Editor and most recently, as Head of Digital for EG, Nadia has an extensive knowledge of the workings of the property market, digital transformation, audience engagement and content creation.

Louis Venter

Louis is the founder and CEO of MediaVision, a multi-award winning digital marketing agency in Kingston.  He brings more than 20 years of experience to the table, having hand-picked talent across SEO, Paid Media, Digital PR and Content to shape MediaVision into an agency with a strong foundation of culture, team-work and performance.  Louis and his team have extensive experience in the property sector with clients like Instant Offices, Rightmove, Share to Buy, Bidwells, Fresh Student Living and Douglas and Gordon.

Alice Rose

As Fountain’s longest standing employee, Managing Director Alice has worked in all areas of Fountain’s business and has recently taken up the reigns of the MD role. Alice has been pivotal in helping to shape the growth of Fountain’s award-winning pay per click department and now leads the agency growth team ensuring the successful day to day running of the agency. Having directly worked as a digital marketer herself on client accounts, Alice is aware of the challenges both clients and agencies face, but also the most effective routes to achieving exponential ROI. She continues this valuable work on client strategy with the client success team. Outside of this her role is key to moving Fountain forward into the future; driving the agency’s vision just as much as those of their clients.
