Markus Kramer

Markus is a recognised thought leader in the fast-paced world of brand and communications management with a focus on strategic positioning and reputation management. Markus previously worked client side for leading brands such as Harley-Davidson and Aston Martin, and now advises global companies including DHL, Fossil, Nokia, Miele and Ferrari.

Markus is Swiss at heart and holds degrees in Marketing & Brand Management, International Project Management from the University of California in Berkeley (USA), an MBA from the SAID Business School at the University of Oxford (UK) and a degree on the Future of Commerce from MIT (USA). Markus sits on the European Board of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council and is a member of the steering committee for the UK’s CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) Marketing Confidence Index.

He is author of The Guiding Purpose Strategy, A Navigational Code for Growth. Markus also holds the position of Honorary Senior Fellow of Brand Management at Cass Business School and is an Associate at TomorrowToday Global, a think-tank focused on the research and exploration of the future.

Misa Von Tunzelman

Misa is Head of Marketing & Communications for BNP Paribas Real Estate and Strutt & Parker, the BNP Paribas group’s two Real Estate brands in the UK.

She has over 20 years’ marketing experience and has worked in the property sector since 2004. In addition to her role at BNPPRE, Misa is a trustee of the University College of Estate Management, Home Live Art and Eastside Young Leaders Academy.

Misa is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a degree in Sociology and Cultural Studies from the University of Sussex. Prior to joining BNPPRE, she worked in Marketing at JLL, EY and the Imperial War Museum.

John Williams

John is a property marketing expert who has worked with a number of leading brands including Sotheby’s International Realty, Land Securities, Woods Bagot, Brookfield, Instant, Unispace and Knight Frank, where he was most recently Global Head of Comms.

John sits on the organising committee of the Property Marketing Awards and has spoken on flex workspace trends at events including MIPIM, Corenet Global, Worktech, GCUC, CoWorking Europe, PW Workspace, and EG London.

Marc McConnell

Marc is the founder of Straction and has over 25 years of experience of advising corporates, partnerships, and start-ups across several industry sectors, including real estate and legal, on their sales and marketing strategy.

Marc has also led the business planning process for large and small organisations and managed complex business transformation programmes on repositioning, restructures, mergers, acquisitions, and new product launches.
